Easter Egg Hunting!

We did a little easter egg hunt for all the kiddos today at the park near the church. We ended up having a ton of eggs which made it even more fun for everyone. Initially Bug didn't understand the reason for collecting the eggs but as soon as she realized there was food in them she was much more enthusiastic. And I don't want to jinx it, but she is starting to get really good at smiling!!

Her first puddle jumping experience, she was timid at first but LOVED it and was not happy about going inside.

Grocery shopping is so much better with Dad

I could not get a clear picture but she was SO happy. When she saw AJ bringing up this cart she was shaking in excitement. She has never had so much fun at the grocery and sang the wheels on the bus the entire time. It pushes like a broken boat tho. 

I love watching them interact, she loves to push him on the swings and he loves it. So cute. 

I'd say it's a safe assumption that's he likes banana pudding. Good thing we live in Texas. 

10 mo old

Baby boy turned. 10 mo last week, he is about 23 lbs of crazy mobile baby. He loves to crawl, climb and cruise the furniture. It's crazy how he went from being completely immobile to so fast overnight.

Being out of sight of mom

Being left by mom

Not being held by mom 

... I think I see a trend here. 

I love this little boy, and enjoy my forced nap with him each day. 

He loves the swings, and liked the slide until he fell and bonked his head (mom fail). 

He won't feed himself a bottle but loves drinking out of our cups and any of the bugs sippy's. 

Firetrucks and Birthdays

We got to go to the firehouse today to celebrate O's 2nd birthday. Bug really inked to sit in the fire truck and cried hysterically when they had to leave to fight a fire. Extra excitement at the birthday party for sure :)

Spring has sprung

Day alone at the park

It's been raining here all week and I've  been feeling very cramped with these two littles of mine. So even though it was cloudy and likely would rain we went to the park anyway. It was so humid, but the clouds scared everyone away and we had the place mostly to ourselves. These two love to swing. Pumpkin is a little dare devil and always asks me to push her higher :)

On one of our many nightly walks. She loves her sunglasses. 

He's getting better at standing. Ugh. He's only been crawling one month!

After our walks, we sit in the driveway while pumpkin pushes her bike some more. This guy is happy so long as I hold his hand. Melts me. 

And then some from the park the other day. Just because I love her ponytail :)

The monkey's are her current favorite and she gets so excited whenever they get close :)
