Blue Bell and more

January 9 2015

My dad and Amy came to visit so we decided to take a road trip to the Blue Bell Factory. The kids enjoyed the tour and it was really interesting seeing the factory and how they do all the ice cream and treats. The kids favorite part was definitely the ice cream parlor afterwards though. Who can blame them, $1 scoops of Blue Bell can make anyone smile!

And now for some Pumpkin spam. She is such a good sport. And my does this girl love to sing and dance. It's like a living musical with this kid.

I love this picture, she looks so little to me, and it helps me remember she really is still a baby.
Both kids were in the best mood with ring pops and fruit snacks. Seriously, these cheesers are my favorite.

Debating if he can get the fruit snack he dropped in the crack in the driveway. I got it first thank goodness.
His no more fruit snacks?? face.

Ballet

Jan 5 2015

Pumpkin started a Ballet class in January. It is once a week for 45 minutes. The first few times were a bit rough, because parents sit just outside and can't go into the classroom. What she dislikes in the separation though she makes up for in her love of her Ballet outfit. My mom accurately described it as an atomic bomb of cuteness. I am so looking forward to her recital in May.

One of my favorite parts of her Ballet class though, is watching Bubba. He gets so excited watching her and wants so badly to go be with her. It is the best.

Feeding the ducks

January 4 2015

Our new favorite day trip is feeding the ducks outside the zoo. It is mostly pigeons, but the kiddos LOVE it and they never seem to get tired of the excitement.

"Ducks say QUACK!!!"

And I found a new wall right by the ducks. I love it. And these to put up with me :)

Fireworks, suckers and Bubba loves

Jan 1 - Jan 4

New Years Fireworks

Twirling, and doing ballet. Such a sweet girl.

He loves to ride on Rody and then fall over on purpose. He thinks it is hilarious.

They LOVE to tackle each other. The giggles are incredible. So far no one has banged their head to hard either (knock on wood).

She loves him, he loves her, and lollis. He LOVES lollis.

Explaining to Bubba that he shouldn't bite his sucker. She is quite the little momma.

Cheese! His new cheese face kills me. And she was so excited to get those jammies that she put them on, over her clothes, in Costco. She refused to take them off, they scanned the tag (ripped off) and she wore them home and the rest of the day.

Love is hard sometimes. He sure does love her tho. And she puts up with his loves, most of the time.

Happy 2015

Long time no .... posting.

We celebrated the New Year at the Children's Museum. Bub was not a fan of the glasses, but Pumpkin entertained me for a bit anyway :)

An entire couch, and they always end up sitting like this. Sometimes she'll even let him hold her hand. They are the sweetest. And yes, she is singing in a Frozen microphone, to Let It Go while it plays on both her microphone and the movie. Obsessed.

And yes, I am obsessed with the dollar aisle at target.
