Pumpkin Patches

The first of multiple this season I'm sure, we visited a pumpkin patch at a Methodist church. I love Pumpkins and both kids really liked the wagon and "horse" ride. We'll have to take them to a proper farm also, but they really enjoyed running around and testing out each of the pumpkins. Bub of course tried to eat his, thankfully he didn't get a huge bite. Silly boy.

Lately ...

It's still painfully hot, but we refuse to let a little sweat stop us from having fun (and staying home is painful with these two). So parks, zoos and picnics outside it is. I sure do love these kids, but I wouldn't complain if Fall decided to show up in Texas. I'm just saying.

It's crazy how much she hates swings for the first 18 months of her life. You'd never know by how high she want to go now.

Somebody likes BBQ chips.

She is obsessed with Babies and especially Baby E. She asks if she and her sister can come play daily.

Beating the heat playing at the mall play area, tho I think she just really loves the kid sized toilet and sink. Genius idea tho Galleria.

Such a happy girl. And yes, we are still obsessed with Frozen. I don't see this obsession ending anytime soon.

When he is happy, he is seriously the cutest ever.

More rainy day dancing

Apparently when it rains we stay inside and take more pictures. And sing. Of course there is always lots of singing involved.

She is not amused and he is singing Let it Go. Haha such a perfect portrayal of their views about pictures.

Grandma Karyn Comes to Town

We had so much fun getting a quick visit from Grandma Karyn and Uncle Dan, Aunt April and Payton. Pumpkin loves her grandma and was an instant fan of her cousin P. She's been calling every one Payton recently also, it's so fun that she has a cousin so close in age and nearby!. It was fun to take everyone to the zoo and just spend some good family time together. Of course Pumpkin refused to take any pictures with Grandma, but P was all game and I love how they turned out. We are excited to have Grandma come back in a few weeks. Bug is making sure no one takes your bed :)

Love them. It is going to be so fun watching them grow up together.

Thunder storms

So for over a week it stormed and stormed and stormed and stormed. Being stuck inside with 2 littles gets really old really fast. We did all sorts of indoor activities including sewing baby doll a new dress (turns out I am not a seamstress ha, but it works ok). But mostly, we just sang a lot of Let It Go. Pumpkin has the entire movie down and it is hilarious. Even Bub joins in when she is singing the chorus. Fun times.

Never grow up. Stay little and play always.

More Let it Go...

This jacket used to be AJs and his brothers. It's still a little big, but I can't wait for them to grow into it and use it to play. They are going to love it so much!
