We finally made it to Sylvan Beach and I am hooked. It is much closer than Galveston (~30 min total trip time), free parking and smaller (read: less walking). It was pretty windy this day, but it's still so hot that it actually felt good. This was the first time I've brought them both to the beach alone, but with their floaties it wasn't bad at all. I envision many trips here next year (and a few more this year too, since heaven knows Fall isn't coming anytime soon).
This is currently his favorite shirt. I wonder if the fact that he gets popsicles so oftern while wearing it has anything to do with it lol.
