I took the kids to the Bellaire City Christmas party this year. Bellaire goes all out, and it includes snow, sledding, Santa (who makes his entrance in on a firetruck, Bubba was thrilled), bouncy houses, train rides, a petting zoo and pony rides. It wasn't super cold (in the 60s), which was nice, but also meant tons of people showed up. Thankfully we got there right at the start are were able to go on 2 sled rides and play in the snow before the lines got insane. We did however wait 30 minutes for the bouncy houses (where I lost Bug for about 5 minutes, the worst 5 minutes of my life for sure) and over 30 minutes to ride the ponies, but it was all a lot of fun and I'm glad we went. Next year I will buy another pair of gloves tho (doh!) and we will ride the train and ponies right after sledding so the lines won't be as long.

| She rode all by herself! And loved every minute of it (all 3 lol). About half way through the wait she wanted to skip it but I was committed at that point and I'm glad we stuck it out. Both kids really enjoyed it |

Bub: "I'm riding a pony"
Me: "Are you a cowboy?"
Bub: "No."
Me: "What are you?"
Bub: "I'm Bubba."
Lately he will only be referred to as Bubba, and corrects anyone who calls him sweety, hunny, or anything else. Such a funny kid.
